We treat your order like it is our own, meaning, we triple-check it before it leaves our hands. The shipping address and payment method addresses must match.

• Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: 1–3 business days.

Custom Wigs & Preorders: 14-21 business days depending on construction and inventory.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Shipping Times (U.S. Orders)

Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days.

Express Shipping: 1–2 business days.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority with tracking.

International Shipping

Available to select countries. Transit time varies by region.

Blended Essentials is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes; these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.

If you have not received tracking after 5 business days, please contact us.

• Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Blended Essentials is not liable for loss or theft.

Please file a claim directly with the carrier or contact your local postal office.
